1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ZuriPay's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

ZuriPay provides payment processing services including card payments, mobile money (EcoCash), ZimSwitch, and payment links for businesses operating in Zimbabwe.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys.

4. Fees

Transaction fees are charged per payment processed. Current rates: Card Payments 3%, Mobile Money 1%, ZimSwitch 2%, Payment Links 2.4%. Fees may be updated with notice.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not use ZuriPay for illegal activities, money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable laws in Zimbabwe.

6. Limitation of Liability

ZuriPay is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
